Purchase Policy
SuperiorTickets resells highly-sought-after, hard-to-find, prestigious tickets for sold-out events. Tickets are sold at a premium above the original face value. This reflects the difficulty and premium paid to obtain tickets.

Committing to Buy
When you click on the ‘Buy Now’ button you are committing to purchase the tickets described on the Reservation Page. Your details will be sent to our Reservations Team who will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours for payment details. When booking tickets, please make sure you only click on the ‘Buy Now’ button once as we cannot refund customers who make multiple bookings through their own error.

Reservation Confirmation
Once your payment has been received for your reservation an email will be sent to you confirming your reservation. Transactions will appear on your card statement as “Sunspell Ltd ”.

Ticket Delivery
SuperiorTickets aims to post all tickets 14 days prior to the event. Tickets are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature on delivery. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us as soon as possible. SuperiorTickets only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card.
Refund Policy
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorised by SuperiorTicekts), and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion or for any other trade purposes.
  2. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  3. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
  4. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or the performance is not rescheduled, a full refund for the full price paid for the ticket minus a 10% fee to cover administration and processing costs. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase. You must enclose your unused tickets. For accounting purposes this must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled performance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue. Full details are available at the venue box office. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue to eject you from the venue.
  6. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
  7. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
  8. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
  9. Tickets are sold subject to the venue's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  10. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron's own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue).
  11. SuperiorTickets accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  12. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the venue reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
  13. There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.
  14. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
